Ehs Manager
Overview
The objective of the role is to ensure that all USL Locations including Units, Offices, Depots Operating Safe and there is enhancement in maturity of EHS standards by working on focus areas in North Region and covering EHS for TMU, Depots/Warehouses, Offices, Driving safety & External Events.

Requirements & Eligibility
- B.E./B. Tech/Equivalent in Engineering (with post graduate diploma in Industrial Safety/Env from a recognized institution)
- 7-10 yrs. of post qualification experience in managerial capacity in a manufacturing Organization
- At least 2 years working experience in Corporate/regional set up would be added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Focus & periodic review of EHS and SFIP compliance across all Locations
- Design and Drive mass engagement Campaign
- Plan, Co-ordinate and conduct Safety audits of all operating plants, offices & depots
- Improve Safety standards in TMU operations through maturing mechanism on Building Capability, Engagement & strong Governance
- Ensure and co-ordinate support and compliance on Events Safety
