Overview
The Project & Event Production Intern role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the planning and delivery of D23 Asia 2027, working directly with the Senior Event Producer.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Events, Communications, Media, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship
- Proficient in MS Office and Keynote, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project trackers, milestone plans, action logs and key status documents
- Follow up with internal teams, agencies and partners on outstanding deliverables, actions and agreed next steps
- Support preparation of meeting agendas, presentation materials, reference documents and working files
- Capture clear meeting notes, decisions, action items, owners and deadlines
- Support planning and coordination across event production, venue, programming, ticketing, talent logistics, guest experience and operations workstreams
