Overview
Eliot is seeking a dedicated Mental and Behavioral Health Coach to join our team as part of our Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program that supports children from birth to five years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with young children with challenging behaviors and/or mental health issues
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with childcare programs and families
- Provide behavior coaching on site at childcare programs/family child care homes for young children with challenging behaviors
- Provide support and modeling regarding behavior management strategies
- Provide support, training, and resources regarding classroom management techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual behavior support plans
