Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team in Workplace Investing (WI) to design, develop, and own scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade solutions that power MDM platform capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar subject.
- 08–10 years of software development experience with large mainframe-based systems.
- Proficiency with the DB2 database management system and database processing concepts.
- Deep expertise in the mainframe ecosystem, with a thorough understanding of business workflows and system interdependencies.
- Hands-on development experience with mainframe languages and technologies, including COBOL, CICS, VSAM, MQ Series, JCL, SQL, File-AID, Endevor, debuggers, and schedulers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade solutions that power MDM platform capabilities.
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other team members as needed.
- Perform comprehensive impact analysis across applications and lead detailed impact analysis for complex CICS program changes.
- Deploy and support software releases in production environments.
