Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous working experience in professional software development
- Proficiency in a strongly typed language like C++, Java, or Rust
- Ability to be productive in any language leveraging AI
- In-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experienced in using LLM augmented development and rapid prototyping
- Comfortable participating in on-call operations rotation
- BSc or MSc in Computing Science, Mathematics or other quantitative fields
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and evolve a high-performance, distributed trading platform leveraging modern technologies.
- Partner with quants, traders, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into innovative, scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
- Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Own software quality from end to end by contributing to code reviews, testing, deployment, and adoption.
