As the Senior Data Science Manager of Central Data Products, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a portfolio of data and ML products used across the company. Your team is senior and cross-functional, and its output is measured in company-level business impact.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience deploying ML models in production
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Experience with hypothesis testing and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., pandas/polars) and SQL/Spark
- Proficiency in Python
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative data products that enable suppliers to delight customers and drive company success
- Take full ownership of projects, guiding them from the initial business challenge to the deployment of production code
- Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful insights
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines
- Establish rigorous evaluation and monitoring strategies, as well as in-production guardrails
- Contribute to the development of our machine learning infrastructure and help establish best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional technology and business teams
- Support the continuous improvement and growth of our team, including participating in recruiting efforts
