The Senior AI Engineer will work within the GrabFin Data Science team to build and manage critical data science models, focusing on payment optimization, agent-native operations, and customer-facing conversational AI using advanced LLMs and predictive modeling.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with technology and data science
- Ability to solve hard technical problems
- Experience with batch, real-time, and LLM-driven Data Science use cases
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AI solutions for Financial Services businesses
- Focus on payment optimization, downtime management, and automated insurance claims processing
- Leverage advanced LLMs to power payment experiences
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive models and AI agents
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operation teams
- Stay current with the latest AI/LLM research and frameworks
- Build predictive models for classification, ranking, and online learning
- Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and model fine-tuning
