The Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems will enhance Workday solutions across Compensation and Core HCM, acting as a subject matter expert to partner with stakeholders, solve system issues, and deliver scalable People Systems solutions.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong Workday functional knowledge
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Ability to support continuous improvement across People processes
- Comfortable starting work at 7:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
- Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
- Perform essential system administration functions, including configuration, security management, complex report configuration, and bulk data processing
- Manage system life cycles by assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new features, fixes, and releases
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
- Drive process improvement and innovative solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for automation
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training
