Requirements & Eligibility
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Meet the scheduling and availability requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
- Play an active part in patients' and/or customers' education on products, methods of consumption, and safety
- Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen
- Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld
- Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained
