Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure to production processes, manufacturing systems, and equipment performance.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies and understand the entire pharmaceutical production lifecycle.
- Develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to manufacturing operations.
- Discover how manufacturing, quality, engineering, technical services, and supply chain functions work together.
- Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency.
- Use data-driven approaches and visualization techniques to improve decision-making and operational efficiencies.
- Drive enhancements in safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability through data analysis and GMP compliance projects.
- Lead initiatives to improve yield, productivity, and operational efficiency using advanced technologies.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Graduation Date by June/July 2027
Interview Process
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Assessment Centre Date: December 2026 / January 2027, followed by the GSK Digital Assessment.
