Requirements & Eligibility
- A full, valid driving licence is required
- Self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision
- Must be able to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting customers in their homes to fix any appliance issues
- Managing your time through the day
- Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress
- Keeping on top of stock levels in your van day by day
- Upselling products to earn bonus incentives
