Overview
Supervise customer demand integration, forecast updates, weekly requirements, review and support short term production plans, recovery plans, and capacity alignment, and oversee long term production planning.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or related.
- At least 12+ years of procurement / production planning / material control or related fields experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge required includes manufacturing operations, purchasing procedures and policies, materials planning (MRP) and analytical skills.
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Excellent communications skills required
- Good English in both oral and written
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise customer demand integration, forecast updates, and weekly requirements
- Review and support short term production plans, recovery plans, and capacity alignment
- Oversee long term production planning to support manufacturing and program launches
- Support resolution of critical delivery issues with customers and internal teams
- Review and analyze customer delivery performance and lead disputes when required
- Ensure continuous material supply by coordinating operations, managing risks.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
- Lead supplier delivery performance improvement
