Key Responsibilities
- Submit a 10-minute prerecorded video walkthrough of a technical project
- Participate in a BSA Deep Dive & Systems Design interview
- Complete a live coding assessment
- Engage in a final interview with engineering leadership focused on mission alignment
Interview Process
The BSA2A process involves an expression of interest form, followed by a 10-minute video submission of a technical project. Selected candidates proceed to two 60-minute technical interviews (BSA Deep Dive/Systems Design and Live Coding) and a 30-minute final interview with engineering leadership.
