We are looking for a Head of Data to shape how data is governed, used and scaled across Inbank, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to turn data into an increasingly powerful asset.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Significant experience in senior data, analytics or BI leadership roles, with a track record of building or scaling data capabilities in complex, organisation-wide or group-wide environments
- Strong people and functional leadership skills, with experience developing high-performing teams, setting clear direction and creating alignment across business and technology
- Experience defining and implementing data strategy, governance, architecture and analytics capabilities across multiple business domains
- Strong hands-on data expertise, including data modelling, metrics and definitions, BI and data quality
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Data Platform & BI ecosystem as products, setting the vision, roadmap and priorities based on business value
- Lead and develop the Data Platform & Analytics team, with accountability for its direction, performance and quality of delivery
- Partner closely with the Data Platform Engineering Manager to translate business priorities into technical delivery and architecture
- Own and drive company-wide data governance and the core enterprise data model, establishing clear data domains, ownership, policies, definitions and quality standards
- Drive the evolution of Business Intelligence towards AI-enabled self-service analytics, underpinned by a well-governed and curated semantic data layer
- Act as the competence lead for analysts across the company, establishing common standards and best practices
- Own the data and analytical solutions supporting Finance, including month-end closing, regulatory and external reporting, management reporting and financial planning
