Temporary Substitute Teacher
Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Substitute Teacher to support our Elementary School Academy during the 2026-2027 school year. The substitute teachers will be matched to classrooms based on teacher leave.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience teaching or supporting students in a school setting
- Commitment to student success
- Passion for instruction
- Ability to work in a collaborative teaching setting
- Willingness to engage in a feedback-rich culture and individual coaching
Key Responsibilities
- Work within your classroom team to create a joyful, efficient, learning-focused classroom
- Provide emotional constancy and support for your students and colleagues
- Work with your team to analyze a range of summative and formative assessment data to adjust and differentiate instruction
- Collaborate with and support colleagues in the classroom and through weekly professional development opportunities
- Support students during breakfast and lunch
- Receive regular, individualized coaching from IP’s instructional leadership team
