Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technology development solutions through new and existing applications (internal and external), systems architecture, data infrastructure/warehouses, and infrastructure.
- Review system requirements and business processes, implement solutions leveraging solution architecture design patterns, and provide maintenance and support of applications.
- Partner with business teams to understand fund management, order management, investment compliance, operations and trading workflows and design solutions collaboratively with internal/external teams.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers and end-users in the design, testing and implementation of solutions.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT positions
- At least 6 years of experience developing technology solutions through new and existing applications
- Experience working with Charles River IMS front office modules
- Experience working within the Investment Management industry with front office systems & workflows
- Experience working with a trading desk
- Experience with Equity, Fixed Income and Derivative asset classes
- Experience using solution architecture design patterns (layered architecture, microservices, event driven architecture)
