Overview

The Consulting Engineer's (CE) primary role is to partner within Sales and other departments to achieve sales and revenue goals, serving as technical authority and escalation resource for complex opportunities. This role blends deep Apple ecosystem expertise with advanced security knowledge across endpoint protection, identity management, and network security.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Internal employee located in The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Germany or France
• Have sponsorship to live and work in The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Germany or France
• Deep Apple ecosystem expertise with advanced security knowledge across endpoint protection, identity management, and network security

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization
• Provide technical consultation and technical escalation for Sales and other departments
• Serve as technical escalation resource for Sales Engineers on complex, strategic opportunities requiring advanced architecture expertise or executive engagement
• Lead response to complex RFPs requiring comprehensive Apple enterprise expertise
• Deliver technical presentations and executive workshops for enterprise prospects and customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to architect custom Apple enterprise solutions spanning management, endpoint security, and network security
• Build and maintain strategic partner relationships with complementary solution providers (Apple, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta)
• Develop and deliver internal training and knowledge transfer on Apple enterprise best practices and emerging capabilities
