Overview

As an Account Manager, you’ll work to engage, support, and retain our growing list of customers, managing roughly 30 - 40 accounts and working with cross-functional teams to ensure your customers achieve their goals each year.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in quota carrying Account Management / Customer Success roles that have required you to demonstrate, pitch, and sell B2B SaaS products
• A proven track record of achieving revenue/customer retention goals
• Bonus points if you’ve worked specifically with customers in the HR or Benefits space

Key Responsibilities

• Work with your customers to understand their strategies and needs, providing support to help them achieve their goals
• Work with AM Leadership to identify and mitigate risk associated with retaining existing customers
• Become a product expert to help guide customers through marketing strategies, utilization reports, and product features/enhancements
• Collaborate with a variety of teams, including our customer operations and implementation teams to ensure successful outcomes with each customer
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer, beyond their goals within the benefit space, to drive strategic conversations of how we can assist them and their employees
• Deliver a consultative approach to both product utilization and pricing to retain customers via single or mult-year agreements
• Through direct and consistent communication with customers, identify helpful product, benefits, and marketing insights to share back with the Jellyvision team
• Using a variety of tools including Salesforce, Google Office Suite, Slack, and others, keep track of your customers and your progress towards achieving your goals
