We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join our Melbourne Service team. This hands-on field-based role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and exposure to a broad range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
- Commission, install, service, troubleshoot, and overhaul mechanical equipment
- Work on a wide range of equipment including chillers, package units, split systems, and central plant installations
- Gain exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Prepare quotations for small works and manage assigned service projects
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plans
- Complete small commercial installations and upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high safety standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrical with HVAC experience
- Experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems
- Chiller experience highly regarded
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to safety
