Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for commercial developments, office fitouts, retail spaces, and mixed-use projects across Mumbai metropolitan region
- Coordinate with architectural consultants, structural engineers, and interior designers to develop comprehensive project solutions
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders including corporate clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are achieved
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with additional qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
- 8-11 years of progressive experience in project management within commercial real estate, corporate fitouts, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, structural systems, MEP coordination, and modern interior fitout techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification preferred
