Project Scheduler
Overview
The Project Scheduler plays a vital role in a construction project, helping to manage both time and resources to ensure work is completed on time. Their primary responsibility is to prepare and monitor Project Schedules for our large-scaled, highly sophisticated, multifaceted projects as well as contributing to internal scheduling process development improving its efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Scheduling, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is a plus, OR possess at least seven years of related experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the use of modern planning and scheduling principals, methodologies, techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
- Strong can-do attitude and flexibility to pivot in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of scheduling software (Powerproject (Asta) or Primavera P6 is preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and/or assist in developing logic linked construction schedules for large-scale projects.
- Prepare and/or assist in preparing and developing new project schedules within the company, improving the overall performance of each project.
- Prepare high-level RFP schedules based on the scheduling requirements in the proposal.
- Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
- Produce project schedule related reports for the project teams (schedule progress reports, Critical path, Overall Schedule, Near-Term, etc.).
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist project teams in developing recovery plans.
- Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
- Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
