Labcorp is seeking a Medical Technologist III to join our team in Shanghai, China to provide informal leadership, oversee training activities, act as a consultant, and drive process improvements.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
- 5 year or more working experience performing clinical laboratory testing, Immunology or special chemistry
- CET-4 or higher certification. Fluent in English
- High level of attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provides informal leadership to department staff through mentoring and coaching.
- Oversee training activities within the department to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Ensure competency is completed, as scheduled, by periodic review of competency documentation.
- Act as a consultant to the lab management, internal customers, and clients in all technical/scientific facets relating to departmental activity.
- Drive timely implementation of new assay validations, instruments, and equipment according to SOPs.
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for new initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and other process improvement projects.
