Overview
Partner with Technology and Product leadership to align workforce strategy with evolving business goals and tech roadmaps, driving people initiatives in the Technology division.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in an HRBP role, directly supporting Technology and Product organizations
- Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, talent management, change management, and organizational design
- Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms, workplace software, and modern data/analytics tools to guide decisions
- Working familiarity with modern software product cycles and how emerging tech/AI tools impact developer roles
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Technology and Product leadership to align workforce strategy with evolving business goals and tech roadmaps
- Guide leadership on org design and headcount planning as roles shift toward AI-assisted development and automated workflows
- Drive people initiatives in the Technology division to foster high performance, business agility, and strong team culture
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract and hire key technical and product talent
- Adapt hiring criteria and role architectures as technical skill sets evolve with modern tools and AI productivity capabilities
- Facilitate succession planning, internal mobility, and structured career pathways across engineering and product disciplines
- Serve as a trusted coach to managers and leaders, building leadership capability around team management, empathy, and decision-making
- Mentor employees to support continuous growth, resilience, and adaptability during organizational and technology shifts
