Requirements & Eligibility
- 12+ years in product or engineering leadership, including at least one hardware-software platform built from 0 to 1
- Hands-on experience with embedded or wearable systems (AR, XR, IoT, or equivalent consumer hardware)
- Track record shipping AI/ML features at consumer scale — millions of DAUs
- Experience managing 50+ person cross-functional engineering organisations
- Strong instincts for India-first product design: Indic languages, UPI, low-latency network constraints
