Liability Claims Consultant
Overview
As a Liability Claims Consultant, you will manage our public liability/professional indemnity claim files including claims falling within the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act from initial contact to assessment, investigation, and resolution.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in end-to-end management of complex claims
- Excellent customer or client service skills, with proven experience
- Ability to enter information accurately and swiftly into databases
- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
- Providing analysis of claims as required
- Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
- Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required
