Role Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement team at Marsh to provide design support, deliver brand compliant creative outputs in Print and PowerPoint, and contribute towards revenue generation for the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on design requirements (Print, PowerPoint, HTML emailers, video creation/edits) in compliance with brand and as per internal quality standards
- Be responsible for gate-keeping requests from the Pacific Mercer IMPACT Program Manager
- Deliver to timelines as agreed with stakeholders during scoping stage
- Manage delivery on parallel projects independently
- Effectively communicate any risks to meeting timelines and constantly engage the stakeholders to avoid post-delivery rework
- Proactively communicate and agree revised deadlines with stakeholders
- Combine business knowledge with the design request to search for appropriate solutions/ imagery/ graphics
- Provide design value addition in terms of graphical inputs such as custom infographics created based on evaluating the content
Requirements & Eligibility
- Solid creative design background with 4 - 6 years’ hands-on print and PowerPoint experience preferably working in Big 4/ consulting firms, or high-profile design agency
- Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Fine Arts/ Applied Arts
- Experience of print, digital, graphic design, video creation and editing
- Strong Interaction Design skills and Design thinking
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Filemaker Pro
