Marvell is looking for a motivated Corporate Counsel who will provide legal support for Marvell’s India operation, offering legal support and advice on a variety of employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified to practice law in India with active Bar Admission
- Bachelor’s degree in law from top tier law school
- 3-6 minimum years of relevant in-house or law firm experience (as licensed counsel)
- Proven knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in India
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrated understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to within Marvell’s India operations on a variety of commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents
- Conduct legal review of Marvell’s business initiatives, provide solution-oriented practical advice to facilitate innovation
- Support negotiations by preparing research, first drafts, and issue lists
- Support litigation and claims, and negotiations of disputes
- Prepare, revise, and enhance Company policies and procedures in line with global policies and standards
- Work with external legal counsel regarding specific matters requiring expert advice
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations
