Role Overview
The Associate Quality Systems Specialist will be part of the Regional Quality team responsible for end-to-end compliant handling, including translation between English and Japanese and communication with internal stakeholders.

- Entering incoming potential compliant information into designated complaint handling system
- Executing attempts for follow-up information
- Delivery customer letters
- Other processes in complaint handling
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree required for this role
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or related role within the Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role)
- Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan
