The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic business partnering support, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or full-time MBA from a reputed institution, with 12–16 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or business finance within a multinational organization.
- Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis of large and complex datasets.
- Experience developing and maintaining financial reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial planning, enabling strategic growth in alignment with the long-term vision of MEIC.
- Performs and analyzes financial modelling, trends, and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning, and expense comparisons.
- Partners with R&D, Quality, and business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations.
- Leads periodic reviews (monthly/quarterly/yearly) with R&D and Quality Leaders, including preparation of strategic plans and the annual operating plan.
- Evaluates Capex decisions and provides guidance to and influences senior leadership.
- Builds financial models to support scenario analysis and decision-making processes.
- Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements to enhance the overall financial performance.
- Drives process simplification, automation, and digital finance initiatives through advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting enhancements.
