Overview

We’re seeking Software Engineering Interns to join our Internal Engineering team, a group that builds the tools, applications, and infrastructure that power MongoDB’s internal operations. Interns will work on projects that span both application development and infrastructure, contributing to systems that enhance internal decision-making and streamline workflows across departments.

Requirements & Eligibility

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundation in computer science theory, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Strong programming foundation, particularly in Python.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Demonstrated ownership, communication skills, and openness to taking on new challenges.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, especially GTM and business systems teams.
• Improve productivity and leverage AI to make data more actionable.
