The Inventory Support Officer is responsible for the end-to-end traceability, custody controls, and logical-physical alignment of POS terminals and spare parts within the repair pipeline, ensuring efficient inventory management and reconciliation.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Ability to manage inventory tracking systems (IMS)
• Experience with POS terminal repair pipeline processes
• Strong attention to detail for serial-level verification
• Knowledge of inventory control SOPs
• Ability to conduct physical counts and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

• Receive faulty/returned terminals and verify against recall waybills
• Log received devices in the IMS within 24 hours
• Monitor terminal movement through repair stages (Assessment, Repair, QA, Dispatch)
• Enforce SLA timelines for repair and dispatch
• Generate dispatch lists and waybills for refurbished devices
• Conduct daily physical inventory counts and reconcile against IMS records
• Maintain segregated zones for faulty, under-repair, and scrap devices
• Manage spare parts lifecycle including receipt, storage, and issuance control
