We are seeking a Senior Associate - Network Engineer to handle incident and problem management on infrastructure assets, service requests, patching and vulnerability management, and stakeholder management.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Basic to intermediate technical understanding of F5/ checkpoint/ Palo Alto/ other firewall
• Scripting and Automation Knowledge
• Flexible for 24 x 7 OnCall roster
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience. Preferred Checkpoint CCCS certifications
• Ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Incident and problem management on infrastructure assets
• Service requests relating to reporting, compliance, capacity/currency reviews, audit data requests
• Patching and vulnerability management
• DR, Access, Logging, Backup management
• Documentation and handover activities
• Manage multiple stakeholders and task
• Effectively manage services to ensure service stability, service risks are managed effectively, and ongoing service health maintained
• Ensure external and internal policy and compliance processes are understood and followed
