Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Retail Demo) to oversee and ensure the proper planning, implementation and deployment of the retail demo software at different sites and retail demo fixtures. You will own the software side of the whole retail demo experience, from the firmware, analytics, to deployment.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Hands-on experience with Unity game development.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with large scale system deployment involving server and client components.
• Experience with working with multiple other teams to get things moving.
• Fierce empathy for our users and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the retail demo software stack to ensure all components work well together.
• Iterate and improve the retail demo experience to boost user success and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Retail Operations to create update schedules and plans.
• Perform periodic content updates and refreshes to include latest information from Nex.
• Set up scalable processes, repeatable SOPs, and codify manual work.
• Work closely with QA to ensure the whole retail demo experience is robust and stable.
