Requirements & Eligibility
- High school students or applicants with previous retail experience are not subject to diploma requirements.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks including walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, sitting, or standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms.
- Sufficient visual acuity to distinguish colors, shapes, and identify various types of products.
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize customer service skills, basic selling techniques, and product knowledge to provide correct products and drive sales.
- Connect customers with the Nike brand by providing excellent service and integrating brand storytelling into the sales process.
- Master store operations, including operating cash registers, fulfilling shipping and receiving duties, restocking sales floors, cleaning, and assisting with visual merchandising.
- Act as a product knowledge advisor for consumers and junior staff, while proactively learning to improve sales skills, product and cultural knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- Assist leaders, senior staff, and managers in training junior employees.
- Proactively provide customer service to assist with loss prevention and report suspicious activities.
