Key Responsibilities
- 日々の製造オペレーションにおけるプロセス課題に対し、最前線で専門的なサポートを提供する
- 新製品導入や工程変更時に、製造チームを技術面から支援する
- 品質および生産性向上を目的とした継続的改善活動を推進する
- 適正製造規範、標準作業手順書、社内ガイドラインを遵守した業務運営を徹底する
- 品質逸脱や是正対応において、関連部門と密に連携する
- 規制当局による査察や監査対応を支援し、製造体制と文書の整合性を確保する
Requirements & Eligibility
- 製造業の現場における実務経験および製造プロセスおよび製造設備に関する知識
- 課題に対して科学的かつ論理的に考え、解決策を導き出せる能力
- 年齢やバックグラウンドの異なるメンバーと円滑に協働できる高いコミュニケーション力
- 業務上のコミュニケーションおよび文書作成が可能な日本語力
- 英文書の読解や基礎的な英語でのコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組める姿勢
