Requirements & Eligibility

• PhD, PharmD, MD with 10+ years of experience of relevant medical communications experience, with an in-depth understanding of Medical Affairs work in the CRM space
• Track record of successful scientific leadership across several clients/therapeutic categories
• US launch experience required; Global experience is a plus
• Some travel will be required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing staff / direct reports (potentially based across multiple locations)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scientific team responsible for delivering a full range of strategic Medial Affairs projects
• Under the guidance of the scientific VP, lead and manage account to ensure the creation of high quality, accurate medical / scientific content
• Develop and grow Medical Affairs work, partnering with VPs of scientific and client services to plan, lead, and facilitate strategic client engagements
• Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations relevant to client strategy and marketplace needs
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, applying scientific, therapeutic area, drug development, and market expertise
• Demonstrate a high level of comfort articulating scientific and therapeutic information in CRM
• Foster innovation and collaboration across Nucleus to position agency as leader in Medical Affairs work
