As an Operations Manager Porto, you are the operational engine for a group of Numa properties. Your mission is to work with and lead a team of on-site Operations Coordinators to flawlessly execute our brand and operational standards, bringing your properties to the next level and ensuring our guests have consistently exceptional stays.

Requirements & Eligibility

• English Fluency: (C1+ required).
• Team Empowerment: Strong people skills with the ability to coach, structure, and motivate a distributed, hands-on team.
• Data-Driven Mindset: A highly analytical approach—you know how to look at the numbers and translate them into practical action to lift quality and enhance efficiency.
• Financial Awareness: Experience managing operational budgets, approving invoices, and understanding the basic building blocks of a financially healthy operation

• Define & Drive Data-Led Gameplans: Move beyond day-to-day firefighting. Analyze operational metrics, guest feedback, and maintenance logs to identify trends, optimize daily processes, and direct your team's attention to where it is needed most.
