Overview
As a Linux Kernel Developer (MTS 4), you will work within the Hypervisor team to optimize the Nutanix AHV stack, focusing on performance, live migration, and system reliability while contributing to open-source community projects.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years of hands-on experience shipping enterprise-quality code
- Rock-solid OS/systems fundamentals
- Low-level coding and debugging experience with at least one hardware architecture (preferably x86)
- Ability to write and maintain enterprise-quality code
- Strong reasoning and top-down thinking skills
Key Responsibilities
- Constantly improve the product by learning from customer feedback
- Devise and research technical solutions with proven efficacy
- Participate in design discussions and collaborate across geographies
- Proactively mentor junior team members
- Assist with customer escalations when engineering support is required
- Contribute product improvements back to open-source communities
