Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong practical understanding of databases
- Must be rock solid in at least one of these programming languages: Python, Go, C, C++, Java
- Hands-on knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a strong team player
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of complex distributed systems, and design innovative solutions for customer requirements
- Participate in feature design and delivery, influencing decisions with a strong bias towards quality and customer delight
- Design high-level test approaches and implement detailed test plans based on the requirements to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
- Automate tests - executing them as part of new feature delivery and enabling automated regression runs for subsequent releases
- Analyze failures, determine root cause and drive them to resolution
- Develop independent frameworks to improve development and testing processes
- Engage with customers and support when needed to solve production issues
