Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted financial partner to the Marick President and leadership team.
- Provide financial insight that supports growth, profitability, operational performance, and strategic decision-making across all Marick entities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews with clear, actionable financial analysis.
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across Marick, Bieg Plumbing, and the Wichita entity.
- Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
