Key Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of Low-End innovation projects from proposition development through launch.
- Acting as the primary marketing integrator across R&D, Design, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Regional teams.
- Translating Consumer Experience Journey insights into compelling propositions, communication strategies and launch plans.
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Low-End innovation and communication roadmap.
- Leading global-to-local launch planning, partnering with markets to drive market readiness.
- Building the business case and follow through its realization, optimizing launch and base-business performance.
- Support pricing, portfolio and commercialization decisions through consumer, competitive and market analysis.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 7+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Category Management, Innovation, Product Development, Business Development or related commercial functions.
- Hands-on end-to-end product innovation experience: including value proposition definition, and leading cross-functional teams to bring new innovations to market.
- Solid practical exposure to marketing activation campaigns, with sharp capability to decode consumer motivations and derive actionable consumer insights.
- Proven experience managing full P&L accountability for business unit / product portfolio.
