Pricefox.gr is a Greek startup specializing in service comparison, backed by major shareholders Antenna Group and Samlino Group, providing free online price comparisons for car insurance, home insurance, and energy providers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Greek
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
- Strong communication skills
- Team player mentality
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales leads via our platform and oversee the entire customer journey from initial contact to final purchase
- Identify and analyze customer needs in order to provide tailored recommendations for the services offered in our platform
- Communicate with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services that align with their evolving needs
- Handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products purchased through our online platform
- Collaborate with internal company teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction
