Requirements & Eligibility
- 具人身保險、投資型保險、非投資型外幣保險等相關證照
- 熟悉保險銷售模式及各類保險商品，且能獨立完成訓練教材
- 保險訓練工作經歷一年以上
Key Responsibilities
- 教育訓練：保險商品教案開發及課程講授
- 業務輔導：商品行銷話術演練及行銷人員輔導
- 行政作業：各項課程安排及訓練結果追蹤
- 課程規劃：課程開發及教案製作維護
