Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of loan management and administration software and services, with primary accountability for team performance, organizational growth, and commercial execution.
- Lead and scale a team of sales professionals focused on both retention and new business growth.
- Engage with executive stakeholders internally and externally, maintaining relationships with management committees.
- Drive sales excellence through effective pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and deal governance.
- Provide executive sponsorship and strategic guidance for complex, multi-year, multi-product enterprise opportunities.
- Hiring, developing, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
- Set territory, coverage, and account segmentation strategy.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on quota design, compensation plans, and sales productivity initiatives.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership
- Strong background in selling software solutions and services, with a deep understanding of loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and private credit
- Broad and extensive knowledge of theories and practices within the lending solutions business line
- Experience in leading teams of 5+ quota-carrying professionals
- Ability to set a clear and inspiring vision aligned to the enterprise and division/function strategy
