Requirements & Eligibility
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience shipping AI features to production and owning the lifecycle
- Strong fullstack fundamentals (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG in live systems
- Evaluation mindset with experience in defining success metrics and running experiments
- Data competence including SQL, schema design, and pipeline building
- Production readiness including Docker, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring
- Experience with LLM platform breadth, vector databases, and LangChain
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features across the product from prototyping through production
- Work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and related AI tooling to solve product problems
- Own technical decisions including architecture, model selection, and integration tradeoffs
- Build across the stack as a fullstack AI developer
- Establish good practices for AI feature development and manage technical risks
- Partner with engineering management and product teams on technical planning and sequencing
