As a Customer Experience Partner - Dermatology Drug Program within our Immunology team, you'll orchestrate all customer interactions using diverse messages and channels to deliver superior customer experiences to healthcare professionals and inspire them to provide the best solutions for patients.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company in Poland
• Experience working with hospital-based physicians and proven track record in delivering group presentations in hospital wards
• Knowledge of working with drug programs would be a great asset
• Knowledge of working in therapeutic areas specific to Atopic Dermatitis (AD) (Dermatologists, Pediatricians)
• University degree, preferably in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy
• Valid driving license category B
• Polish – full professional proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, market share) of the promoted product portfolio in your area
• Act as a bridge between customer engagement functions
• Lead and develop health communities to best serve patients
• Manage customer insights (needs, feedback, pain points) and relay them to the team for outcome-driven communication
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement to tailor customer journeys that address needs and solve pain points
• Own and adapt communication with customers to meet their specific needs
• Implement and manage customized activation strategies across all channels to ensure optimal customer experience
