We're hiring a Website Lead to own all of it: the team, the web properties, and everything that ships. This is a hands-on, build-oriented role.

SE Ranking is a profitable, growing B2B SaaS business – around 200 people, remote-first and globally distributed.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 5+ years working on high-traffic marketing websites, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable with HTML and CSS, ability to read code and troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript
- Technical judgement regarding WordPress development, dependencies, technical debt, risk and limitations
- Delivery experience running sprint planning, prioritisation and a release process
- Strong understanding of WordPress, multi-site environments, CMS architecture, integrations, website performance, and development workflows
- Experience using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and building real automations with Claude skills and plugins, n8n, make.com or similar
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimisation and A/B testing
- Strong knowledge of web analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting tools such as GA4, GTM, Amplitude, or similar
Key Responsibilities
- Own our web properties end to end, including roadmap, quality bar, WordPress and multi-site setup
- Manage multiple websites and language versions
- Lead the web team, manage and develop the in-house web team, run sprint planning and weekly reviews
- Set the priorities and make the call on competing requests
- Give the team the context regarding business goals and leadership expectations
- Manage external partners, contractors, agencies, budgets and timelines
- Ship fast and reliably by building an efficient release process
- Automate with AI to speed up and improve team processes
