Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM) with at least 5 years in SAP Project system
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, involving hands-on design or configuration
• Must have SAP Configuration + Master data setup skills in SAP Personnel Administration (PA) / Personnel Time Management (PT) / Organizational Management (OM)
• Good Knowledge of SAP Project system Process with Finance/HR
• Good English communication skills, verbally and in writing

Key Responsibilities

• Performs the SAP configurations & ensures that Build standards are adhered to best practices
• Understands the SAP configurations & master data activities with cross functional area Integration with PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW
• Performs Unit Test, and supports Integration Test for the applicable solutions
• Coach and advise Application Delivery Analysts, Driving and supporting the Managed Services team on Complex area
• Undertake Problem Analysis to identify root causes of incidents, escalating findings within the Line and Business
• Drive resolution of defects during test cycles and hyper care as well as for critical incidents
