Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own the adoption and growth of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), acting as the product peer to the engineering lead for MCP and bridging field signals with engineering direction.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a senior product leader
- Experience owning product strategy through an adoption lens
- Ability to work closely with engineering leads and customer personas
Key Responsibilities
- Own the MCP adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage and persona evidence
- Own the activation and adoption pathway, run research and data analysis against usage patterns
- Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and tool calling developers as core product personas
- Sit with customers on their actual use cases, run pilots and proof of concepts alongside client teams
- Be the field enablement engine for MCP, building the demos, playbooks, documentation, and enablement content
