We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support India Payroll and global payroll operations with UKG experience.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• 3-5 years payroll experience required
• India payroll knowledge required (not expert but basic knowledge)
• US payroll knowledge preferred or a plus
• EMEA and/or APJ payroll knowledge a plus
• UKG experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Perform benefit deduction audits with PlanSource on a quarterly and ad hoc basis (U.S.).
• Pull and prepare payroll, benefits, and compensation reports upon request from Finance and Total Rewards teams (Global).
• Conduct various payroll-related audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance (Global).
• Review payroll audit trails and preview files prior to payroll processing (Global).
• Provide backup and support coverage for Payroll Specialists during leave or holidays (EMEA and APJ).
• Support Payroll Analyst with India Payroll.
• Support global payroll projects as needed.
• Participate in data review and validation with UKG as part of the Global Payroll Implementation.
